Submitting camera ready papers

The camera ready paper should be submitted as a PDF-file (Portable Document Format). The maximum number of pages in the final paper is 6. The format should follow the style definitions given in the template for Microsoft Word:

Interface to the submission system

The final paper submission is done online. The interface for the submission of the final paper is available here . Submit the PDF-file containing your final paper by clicking the words "Camera Ready Submission" in the page opened.

The deadline for the final paper submission is April 30, 2005.

Remember to register, see page Registration. Only the registered papers are included in the conference proceedings.

Presentations

Two presentations will be given from each accepted paper. First, the accepted papers are allocated to oral sessions according to the sessions topics. Then, the authors have a possibility to present a poster and thus discuss the topic further during the poster sessions within coffee breaks.

The poster stands are provided with the attachment equipment like tape and/or pins.
