How to submit a project?
Student Accommodation & Meals
We will reserve up to 25 student places for international students coming from ECMI nodes and 15-18 places for students from other universities. The accommodation of ECMI students will be arranged in shared double rooms at LOAS Student dormitory. For students paying full actual costs the following alternatives are available.

LOAS Student Dormitory, shared double room, self organised breakfast. Price 13€/day/person. (limited number of available rooms).

Karelia Park Summer Hotel, shared double room, breakfast included. Price 21€/day/person.

Karelia Park Summer Hotel, single room, breakfast included. Price 34€/day.

There is a restaurant at the university where one can buy meals and beverages. The restaurant is open on workdays (--). Lunch tickets cost about 4e/meal. Students living at the dormitory may prepare breakfast and improvised meals in the evening. For ECMI students the fee includes a per diem money for subsistence. There are 3 supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Coffee will be available during the modelling endeavors.

  • The dormitory has apartments containing 2 or 3 rooms that share a shower, toilet and a kitchen with refrigerator
  • The room accommodates two persons, one with a simple extra bed, mattress, bed sheet and a blanket cover
