There is a bulletin board on the web site. Please check it constantly, there will be notes for changes etc ...
Registration form
Registrations will be accepted starting on March 10, 2004. Please type your answer to all fields in the form. If you leave something blank, no record of your registration
will be done. After typing your name, university, address and e-mail, here are some instructions
about what you are
expected to write.
- Studies:
- List briefly your studies in mathematics, for example the names or topics of the special courses you have
passed so far. Indicate also your computer skills.
- Main interest:
- Write briefly what is your interests in applied mathematics, the general thematic area
that you would like to learn and study. Your answer may help in assigning you to a suitable problem group.
- Accommodation reservation:
- Indicate your choice of accommodation (if
you come from an ECMI node you are supposed to choose LOAS Dormitory).
Other alternatives are available on additional costs.
- If you have a preferred room mate,
mention his/her name, for example type in accommodation fiel: LOAS, John Doe
- In case you do not suggest a person, the organisers will choose you a room
mate. Please indicate your
gender: male/female.
- If you have any special requirements
regarding accommodation, meals etc.,
please mention about it.
